We may provide you with certain information because of your use of the site, including, but not limited to, documents, data or information developed by us, or any other element that could help you in using the site or the services offered on the site ("Site Content"). The Site Content may not be used for any purpose other than the use of the site and the services offered on the site. Nothing in these terms may be interpreted as granting you a license or intellectual property rights.
3. DRUPAL SOFTWARE CODE
The site was designed using the Drupal content management platform. The Drupal code is freely distributed under the GNU General Public License.
4. COLLABORATOR-GENERATED CONTENT
"Collaborator-generated content" includes communications, items, information, data, opinions, photos, profiles, messages, notes, hyperlinks, textual information, designs, graphics, sounds or any other content that these collaborators post or make available on or through the site, with the exception of content that is our property.
5. ACCEPTABLE USE OF THE SITE
You agree not to use the site for illegal purposes or any other purpose prohibited under this clause. You agree not to use the site in any way that could harm the site, the services or Margaret Little's business activity
You also agree not to use the site for the following purposes:
a) to harass, abuse or threaten others or otherwise violate the rights of a person;
b) to violate Margaret Little's or any third party's intellectual property;
c) to upload or transmit computer viruses or any other software that could damage Margaret Little's or another's property;
d) to commit fraud;
e) to create or participate in illegal gambling, lottery or pyramid schemes;
f) to post or distribute obscene or defamatory material;
g) to post or distribute any material that incites violence, hatred, or discrimination against any group;
h) to illegally collect information about others.
6. PRIVACY PROTECTION
By using our site, it is possible that you will provide us with certain information. By using the site, you authorize us to use your information in Canada and in any country in which we may operate.

You are strictly prohibited from using the site or any service offered on the site for illegal activities related to spam, including collecting addresses and personal information from others or sending mass commercial emails.
